Before sending out your item(s), please contact Customer Service via e-mail. Exchanged item(s) must be sent back in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached. Attached with your item(s), please include a copy of your invoice and a written explanation indicating the reason the item(s) are being exchanged. PBA reserves the right to refuse any exchanges and/or returns. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges associated with shipping the product to our warehouse.
